1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of GenLumo (the "Service") — an online platform for creating and editing images and videos with artificial intelligence. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service lets you upload photos and generate or edit images and videos using AI tools. Features are consumed with credits: every account receives free daily credits, and additional credits can be purchased. Generated results are delivered to your account and can be downloaded.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Information you provide at registration must be accurate.
4. Credits and payments
Credits are a prepaid, non-transferable usage allowance used solely to pay for operations within the Service (image and video generation and editing).
Credits are not money, virtual currency or stored value: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for or redeemed into cash, cannot be transferred to other users or accounts, and cannot be used outside the Service.
Purchases are processed by the payment providers presented at checkout.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Free and promotional credits have no monetary value and may be changed or withdrawn.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the images generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service (including processing by the AI infrastructure providers we use).
You must only upload photos that you have the right to use — your own photos, or photos of other people with their consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
create or process unlawful, defamatory or sexually explicit content, or any content involving minors;
create misleading imagery of a real person without their consent (including impersonation or deepfakes);
process images you do not have rights to, or remove watermarks or other rights-management information from third-party content;
infringe any third-party intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. AI-generated output
AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or differ from your expectations; similar outputs may be produced for other users. You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with laws applicable to you.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design and content (other than your content), is our intellectual property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; in that case unused paid credits may be forfeited where the breach was material and intentional.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; material changes take effect upon publication and do not apply retroactively.
