How GenLumo collects and uses your data

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what data GenLumo ("we") collects when you use the service, how we use it and what choices you have. By using the service you agree to the processing described below.
2. Data we collect
Account data: email address and sign-in identifiers (e.g. your Google account email).
Content: photos you upload and the images/videos generated from them.
Usage data: operations performed, credit balance, device and log information (IP address, browser type).
Payment data: processed entirely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
3. How we use your data
to provide the service: run generations, store your results, maintain your balance;
to answer support requests and send service notifications;
to secure the service and prevent abuse;
to analyse aggregated usage and improve the product;
to comply with legal obligations.
4. Photos and AI processing
Your uploaded photos are processed by the AI infrastructure providers we use solely to generate your results. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models, do not sell them and do not use them for advertising. You can delete your photos and generated images from your account at any time.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: cloud hosting and storage, AI processing providers, payment providers, email delivery and analytics services. Each processor receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, preferences and analytics. You can manage optional categories in the cookie settings available in the site footer.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (or on request), your personal data and content are deleted, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or security purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children and requires users to be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Security and changes
We use encryption in transit, access controls and isolated storage to protect your data. We may update this Policy from time to time — the current version is always available on this page.
